Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyzing general ledger accounts, reconciling bank statements, and resolving discrepancies.
Ensuring adherence to accounting principles (GAAP), regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Assisting with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Participating in the budgeting process, developing financial forecasts, and monitoring performance against budget.
Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes, recommending and implementing solutions.
Effectively communicating financial information to management, stakeholders, and other departments.
Utilizing accounting software and other financial systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Participate in budget preparation and physical activities plan.
Participate on annual inventory count and documentation.
Technical and other skills
Good Knowledge of handling financial management.
Good communication skill.
Proficient in Basic Computer Operations.
Job Requirement
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience. Experience in Agriculture organization is Advantageous

Place of work: – South Western Regional State, Menit Woreda Bachuma Town Goldia Farm.
