Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior IT Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to staff via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Perform regular system backups and updates.
Ensure proper documentation of support requests and solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
