Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full F&B operation, including restaurants, bars, and room service.

  • Lead team performance, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as F&B Manager in a hotel or resort.

  • Strong leadership and operational planning skills.

  • Proficiency in IDS (Hospitality Software) is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
