Job Description
Oversee and manage the full F&B operation, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
Lead team performance, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as F&B Manager in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and operational planning skills.
Proficiency in IDS (Hospitality Software) is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
