We are seeking a highly skilled Food Production Head to oversee our food manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of production staff while implementing best practices in food safety, quality control, and operational effectiveness. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of food production, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control to ensure compliance with production goals and standards.

• Implement and maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.

• Develop and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste while ensuring product quality and safety.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance, to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.

• Train, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, and Food technology  

• Experience: Minimum 5 and 6 years in Production department.

• Effective communication abilities are valuable.
