Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of restaurants.

• Ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to company standards.

• Assist in the training and scheduling of F&B staff.

• Monitor inventory levels and support procurement processes.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and presentation quality.

• Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to food and beverage service.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly F&B reports (sales, wastage, stock levels).

• Support the planning and execution of events, banquets, or promotions.

• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, recommending improvements when needed.

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and ambiance in all F&B areas.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, F&B, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2+ years) in food and beverage operations or hospitality.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Good knowledge of F&B software and POS systems.

• Attention to detail and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively.

• Certification in food safety or hygiene is a plus.
