Job Description
Project HOPE is a leading global health and humanitarian organization with over 65 years of experience transforming the health and well-being of communities around the world. With over 1,000 employees in more than 25 countries across five continents, Project HOPE works hand-in-hand with local health workers and health systems to provide urgent relief and transformative solutions that drive lasting impact. Project HOPE has treated millions of patients and provided more than $3 billion worth of medicines to local health care organizations around the world.
With the financial support of Gates Foundation, Project HOPE has commenced implementing a research project “Pathways Ethiopia” in Nov 2023. The purpose of the project is to understand, reach and serve vulnerable populations in Ethiopia through applying the “Pathways” method https://www.projectpathways.org/about. Specific objectives include identifying factors that make Ethiopian women, their children and adolescent girls vulnerable to poor Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child Health, and Nutrition (RMNCHN) services utilization and health outcome, conducting population segmentation based on the key sources of vulnerability and intervening to effectively reach the vulnerable segments of the population.
