Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continually improve Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
Provide expert guidance and training on safety practices including excavation safety, noise control, PPE usage, machinery handling, and working at heights.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and enforce necessary corrective and preventive actions.
Review and update safety policies to ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Organize and lead safety training programs for all employees, including executives and site personnel.
Perform regular inspections of job sites to identify risks, enforce safety measures, and promote a safety-first culture.
Oversee safety protocols related to installation, maintenance, excavation, and casting methods.
Immediately halt any unsafe work practices or conditions.
Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Manage and document workers' compensation claims.
Compile detailed safety reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
Identify hazardous materials and ensure their proper disposal.
Foster continuous safety awareness and improvements across all departments.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in safety engineering, construction safety, or occupational health and safety.
