• Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on heavy trucks, including engine, transmission, and suspension systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address mechanical issues and implement modifications for enhanced vehicle performance.

• Mentor junior mechanics, providing guidance on best practices and technical skills.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours for compliance and reporting purposes.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in heavy vehicle technology and mechanical practices to enhance service delivery.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

• Valid mechanic certification or trade license.

• Specialized training in heavy vehicle mechanics is a strong advantage.

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) training certifications (e.g., Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) are preferred.
