Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose the water and sewage pipelines and repair them as needed; 

• Position new power lines when required, and change burnt-out light bulbs; 

•  Inspect and repair malfunctions for appliances such as coffee makers, juice extractors, cooking equipment, and laundry machines;

• Regularly check and ensure that fire protection systems are functioning properly, and educate relevant personnel on their use in emergencies. 

• Repair tables, shutters, chairs, beds, cabinets, and doorknobs when they are damaged.

• In the case of a gas line failure repair or in case the damage is critical, ensure that repair professionals can arrive promptly, monitor and follow-up repairs; 

• Maintain an inventory of spare parts required for the maintenance of electrical, water, and sewer lines, as well as appliances. 

• Maintain a repair log for each equipment, recording failure type, maintenance history, repair costs, and periodic expense summaries;

• Identify malfunctions beyond skill level and report them to the superintendent. If external repair is needed, oversee the process, verify correct parts are used, test the outcome, and learn from the procedure.

• Follow-up the periodic maintenance of the generator.

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma/Level III Electricity, Building technology or relevant fields

Experience

• 2/3 of relevant experience 

Skills

• Knowledge/ Skill about electricity and electric appliances

• Knowledge/skill about sewerage line, water pipe

• Teamwork, Integrity
