Education: BA/MA in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, or related fields. Certification in Executive Office Management or Corporate
Governance is a plus.
Experience: 5-7+ years as EA to CEO/GM or Board Secretary in a PLC, bank, or large industrial company in Ethiopia. Experience preparing Board or investor documents is highly valued
