We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Kindergarten Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our kindergarten’s daily operations. This role is key to ensuring educational excellence, operational efficiency, and a warm, supportive environment for children, families, and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the planning and delivery of lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of the students.

• Ensure a safe and positive school environment that promotes learning and encourages cooperation;

• Encourage and motivate staff and all other stakeholders to participate in school activities;

• Develop and maintain effective, respectful and professional relationship with staff, students, and parents;

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the Academy.

• Supervising and evaluating the performance of teachers, support staff and other employees of the Academy.  

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration or a related field

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within early childhood education

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Demonstrated passion for early childhood education
