Oversees the development and technical operations of the company’s digital platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s app and backend systems.
Manage the tech team and coordinate software updates, debugging, and feature releases.
Ensure data security, system reliability, and uptime.
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to implement new features.
Advise on new technologies and future technical direction.
Job Requirements
BSc/BA in Computer Science or related fields; MSc is a plus.
5+ years in software engineering; 1\2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS), cloud services, and APIs.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
