The Opportunity: Finance Manager 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to who is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring effective financial planning, risk management, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls. The role supports informed decision-making and promotes financial health across the organization reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide financial advice to leadership for sound business decisions.

• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.

• Develop financial strategies and cost-control mechanisms.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial documentation.

• Oversee bank reconciliations, payments, receivables, and payroll.

• Manage the finance team, assign roles, and support development.

• Prepare internal policies, manuals, and financial statements.

• Liaise with auditors, government bodies, and financial institutions.

Key Deliverables / KPIs:

• Monthly financial close within 13 days of month-end.

• Year-end reporting completed within 2 months post fiscal year.

• Daily tracking of cash flow, working capital, and budget variance.

• Maintain unqualified audit reports and limit financial risks.

• Accurate and timely reporting of A/R, A/P, and margin analysis.

Team Leadership:

• Set clear team goals and expectations.

• Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and training.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 6+ years’ experience (3+ in management),
  or

• Bachelor’s with 8+ years’ experience (4+ in management).

• Strong knowledge of financial systems, budgeting, and reporting.

• Proven team leadership and analytical skills.
