The Opportunity – Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and transport operations across EATH’s supply chain. The role oversees the end-to-end movement and storage of goods from procurement and import logistics to warehousing, inventory control, and last-mile delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee logistics and inventory functions across multiple sites.

  • Lead warehouse operations to ensure optimal space use, damage control, and accurate stock records.

  • Improve delivery timelines, transport costs, routing, and clearance processes.

  • Ensure compliance with import/export and safety regulations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across the supply chain.

  • Collaborate with MIS to ensure accurate system integration and reporting.

Key KPIs

  • Transport cost efficiency and on-time delivery

  • Route optimization and demurrage cost control

  • Inventory accuracy and damage reduction

  • Optimal warehouse space utilization

  • Clearance time and stock location tracking

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and evaluate logistics and warehouse teams.

  • Set KPIs and ensure performance targets are met.

  • Maintain safety and compliance across all logistics operations.

Decision-Making Scope

  • Delivery routes and methods

  • Replenishment and import logistics

  • Inventory insurance

  • Departmental budget accountability

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, with demonstrated team leadership.

  • Strong expertise in operational planning, negotiation, problem-solving, and financial management.

  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
