Job Summary

A receptionist is typically the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and organized front desk presence while handling administrative tasks and facilitating communication. They manage the reception area, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle correspondence, and perform various clerical duties to support the overall efficiency of the workplace. Our company is seeking a professional and organized receptionist to join our team. If you're great with people and have excellent communication skills in the English language, we want you to help create a positive first impression for our customers or guests. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries.

  • Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy front desk area.

  • Coordinate with client and administration staffs to create smooth flow.

  • Presentable, punctual, and client-friendly.

  • Taking and ensuring messages are passing to the appropriate staff members in time

  • Managing meeting room availability.

  • Coordinating internal and external events.

  • Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers.

  • Maintained safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.

Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and good telephone communication etiquette.

  • 2+ Years’ experience in a receptionist role prior experience as a hotel receptionist is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in English language and MS Office software is required.

Education Qualification 

  • BA degree in Business Management, Hotel Management and related fields.
