Production Planning and Control

• Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demand while minimizing costs.

• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production to improve throughput and reduce lead times.

Technical and Maintenance

• Oversee technical operations to ensure the maintenance and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes.

• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards, including safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control measures.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and sustainability.

Cost Management and Optimization

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the production processes.

• Monitor and analyze supply chain costs, providing actionable insights to improve profitability.

• Develop and manage budgets for Plant operation, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across production and technical functions.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teams.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders to align plant operation with the overall business strategy.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure plant operation responsiveness to customer needs and market trends.

Job Requirements

• Education:  BSC/MSC in Chemical/Industrial/Electrical mechanical Engineering

• Experience:  10/8 years of experience, including at least 2 years at Factory Manager or Plant Manager level.
