Job Description
Fourteenshea Trading is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workforce in both Alemgena and Burayu.
Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
Handle employee relations, addressing queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in an HR role.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data management and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
