Position Title: Vehicle Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time
Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers and business partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Requirement:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher level in Business, Marketing Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields of studies
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience out of which 3 years of experience as Vehicle Sales and Marketing Manager in vehicle sales company
