Position Title: Spare Parts Supply and management Manager

Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Spare Parts Supply and Management Manager to join our dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the spare parts department operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies.

• Forecast demand and plan for future inventory needs. 

• Ability to conduct regular audits and inspections.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare and present reports to senior management.

• Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals.

• Implement cost-saving measures and improve efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of parts and manage returns and warranty claims.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Requirement:

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA/BSc or higher level in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields of studies

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience out of which 3 years of experience as Spare Parts Supply and Management Manager in vehicle maintenance workshop
