Position Title: Administrative and Finance Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time

Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Administrative and Finance Managerto join our dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support management in strategic financial planning and decision making with financial insights 

  • Overseas administrative operations and financial transactions of the automotive shop

  • Develop and implement administrative and financial strategies and plans

  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets

  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

  • Communicate with relevant departments, suppliers, customers and others 

  • Implement cost control and efficiency improvement measures

  • Handle customer billing and resolve financial discrepancies 

  • Maintain relationship with banks and financial institutions

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Requirement:

  • Proven experience in administrative and financial management

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with automotive industry operations is a plus

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information 

  • Professional certification is preferred 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • BA/BSc or higher level or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Management or relevant

Experience:

  • 10 years of relevant experience out of which 3 years of experience as an Administrative and Finance Manager in automotive industry.
