JOB TITLE: KG Teacher

JOB DECRIPITON

Teachers are responsible for creating and safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. Developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching basic academic and social skills, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Curriculum and Instruction: age-appropriate lesson plans that range of subjects like literacy, math, science, and social studies.

• Utilizing Diverse Teaching Methods: employ a variety of tools and strategies to engage young learners, including songs, games, stories artwork, and technology.

• Assessing student Progress: observe, assess, and track student learning and development, providing feedback to parents and other educators.

• Creating a safe and Nurturing Environment: They establish a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere where children feel comfortable, safe, and encouraged to learn.

• Managing classroom Behavior: implement classroom rules, address student behavior issues, and promote positive social interactions among students.

• Ensuring Student Safety: Supervise children during all activities including lessons, playtime, and meal times, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.

• Collaborating with Staff: work with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure the needs of all students are met.

• Fostering Social Skills: teach children how to interact positively with others, share, cooperate, and resolve conflicts.

Job Requirements

Required Qualification

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education 

• 2 years and above experience

Skills

• Strong communication skill

• Understanding of child behavior
