Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Helping in the assessment of product
SOP & ISO implementation
Assisting in implementing performance and quality improvement programs
Ensuring products comply with quality and legal standards.
Aiding the quality manager to guide and train production staff in quality measures.
Preparing, improving, and checking reports
Keeping track of staff schedules, coordinating weekly reset, annual leave, etc.
Helping in managing training requirements of production staff
Assisting quality manager to conduct training sessions.
Checking inventory of laboratory items and replenishing if needed
Scheduling meetings with staff
Basic maintenance of laboratory equipment
Performs any other task assigned by the manager
Have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to identified person(s)
Job Requirements
BSc Degree in Dairy technology, Food Science, or related fields
More than 3 years’ experience
Good communication skills
Energetic and passionate to learn more
