Duties and Responsibilities

• Helping in the assessment of product

• SOP & ISO implementation

• Assisting in implementing performance and quality improvement programs

• Ensuring products comply with quality and legal standards.

• Aiding the quality manager to guide and train production staff in quality measures.

• Preparing, improving, and checking reports

• Keeping track of staff schedules, coordinating weekly reset, annual leave, etc.

• Helping in managing training requirements of production staff

• Assisting quality manager to conduct training sessions.

• Checking inventory of laboratory items and replenishing if needed

• Scheduling meetings with staff

• Basic maintenance of laboratory equipment

• Performs any other task assigned by the manager

• Have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to identified person(s)

Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in Dairy technology, Food Science, or related fields

• More than 3 years’ experience 

• Good communication skills

• Energetic and passionate to learn more

• Committed to deadlines
