Job Description
We're looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to help us grow by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and consistently hitting — and exceeding — sales targets.
Generate leads via cold calls, email, referrals, and networking
Research and target ideal market segments to build a strong pipeline
Present customized solutions and clearly communicate value
Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with professionalism
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Log all interactions in the CRM system
📌 What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English – must have the ability to speak clearly and confidently with clients
2+ years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
CRM experience and solid organizational/time-management abilities
Self-driven, resilient, and passionate about hitting targets
Customer-focused, adaptable, and team-oriented
🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in U.S. outbound sales
Experience with U.S. clients or worked with an outsourcing company is a plus
Comfortable using CRM tools and working within a structured outbound system
Ability to handle 100+ calls per day within an 8-hour shift
Willingness to handle inbound calls when needed
Strong multitasking and time management skills
