FEMA is an innovative educational platform dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality tutoring for students from grade 1 to grade 12. Our mission is to transform education through engaging video lessons, interactive content, and a curriculum aligned with national standards. As we expand our content development team, we are seeking passionate and qualified teachers to contribute to this impactful mission.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Competencies:

• Strong understanding of modern pedagogical practices and teaching methodologies.

• Ability to develop, structure, and align content with national and international curriculum standards.

• Experience in preparing lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and instructional materials.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History, Economics, Math, English, Biology, Economics, General Science, Social Study, Performing and Visual Art, Citizenship, Afaan Oromo, and Moral

• Experience: Master’s 0 years and a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of proven teaching experience.

• Bachelor’s degree with no teaching experience but a CGPA above 3.7 from a recognized university.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Open to training and working within a digital content creation environment.

• Committed to delivering inclusive, learner-centered education.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Previous experience with online teaching or e-learning platforms.

• Familiarity with multimedia or video lesson development.

• Basic technical skills: MS Office, Google Workspace, or digital teaching tools.

• Note:  If a teacher stays in agreement, they are not allowed to work on any other platform for the next year.
