HST is looking for a responsible financial advisor who can provide expert financial guidance to clients, conducting valuation analyses, supporting merger and acquisition transactions, and assisting in due diligence processes

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of companies.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and financial reports.

  • Support senior advisors in transaction structuring, negotiations, and due diligence.

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for various transaction scenarios.

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.

  • Monitor market trends and analyze industry-specific financial data.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements;

Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience

  • BA degree in accounting or part qualification of ACCA

  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; ACCA qualified preferred.

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, valuation, or transaction advisory services.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

  • Good    understanding    of    M&A    processes,    due    diligence,  and financial documentation.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Relevant working experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, market analysis, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Required Job Related Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Effective presentation skills using MS power point

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Well-developed computer user skills, including typing

  • Deep passion for day-to-day personal development through extensive reading, training and continuous client engagements.

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Result   and   profit-oriented,    with   the   ability   to   balance  other business considerations.
