Chief Auto Mechanic
Location: Juba, South Sudan
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise repair, servicing, and maintenance of vehicles, construction equipment, and batching plant machinery
Lead mechanical teams and allocate tasks based on expertise and urgency
Diagnose engine, transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and report performance trends
Ensure availability of tools, spare parts, and workshop efficiency
Coordinate with procurement and logistics to support technical needs
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in construction environments
Proven leadership in workshop settings and field service operations
Familiarity with both mobile and fixed plant equipment systems
