Job Summary
Electrical Engineer BMS Operator plans, organizes and performs activities related with operation and management of electrical and mechanical equipment’s. S/he is responsible controlling proper functioning of all electrical installations, elevator, fire alarm, HVAC equipments & all electrical fixtures located in Head quarter complex by developing appropriate testing & inspection methods as per manufacturer’s requirement. Produces electrical design drawings, electrical design reports and electrical design specifications as required.
Job Requirements
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
Relevant professional qualifications and certifications will have added advantage.
Experience
At least four (4) years post qualification experience in a similar role.
Technical Competencies
Knowledge in electrical engineering areas.
Technical advisory skills.
Good IT skills and a familiarity with industry-specific software and modelling programmes.

Interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build collaborative relationships with sensitivity to diversity/inclusion.
