Job Title: Sales and Satellite Coordinator

The major duties and responsibilities of a Sales and Satellite Coordinator
Perform administrative work such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, reports, etc.
• Assist with Marketing budgeting and planning
• Handle specific projects as assigned
• Coordinate satellite-related activities including scheduling, monitoring satellite operations, and liaising with technical teams.
• Making sales calls to new and existing clients.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Arranging sales visits with prospective clients.
• Maintaining proper sales and performance records.
• monitoring various companies’ campaigns on other media
• Develop sales proposals both in English & Amharic language.
• Prepare to report as needed
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in business related field.
Experience: 1 year experience
Skills Required:
Good English Communication & Written Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Great with cold calling.
Effective communication and follow-up with customers
Good knowledge of proposal writing skills both in Amharic & English language is mandatory.
