Job Description
The Internal audit is responsible to adopt risk based internal audit methodology and ensure that its importance is understood throughout the institution, for professional internal auditing work, participate in developing the strategic and annual internal audit plan, and provide on-going coaching and supervision to internal audit staff and ensure whether internal audit activities are carried out in compliance with internal audit standards for the professional practice of internal auditing.
Job Requirement
Qualification: – Minimum of BA Degree in accounting ,Business administration and Business related fields
Work experience: – Minimum of 5 years of work experience in banks or MFIs, out of which 2 years working in Managerial position (Internal Auditor, Operational Manager, Finance Manager) in banks or MFIs, preferably in Micro Finance Institutions.
