Position Title: Network Administrator

Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Network Administratorto join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Network Administrator is responsible for the daily operations, performance, and security of the organization’s networking systems. This includes configuring and maintaining network hardware and software, ensuring reliable and secure connections across all branches, and supporting the broader IT infrastructure under the direction of the IT Infrastructure & Network Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and manage routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls

• Monitor LAN/WAN performance, and optimize for speed and reliability

• Maintain VLANs, static and dynamic routing, and NAT

• Ensure constant and secure connectivity between HQ and branches

• Respond to network outages and performance degradation quickly

• Maintain VPNs for secure remote access and inter-office communication

• Enforce network security policies such as MAC filtering, port security, and firewall rules

• Monitor for unauthorized access or abnormal traffic patterns

• Work with the cybersecurity team on threat prevention and detection

• Use tools like Total Network Inventory, PRTG, Wireshark, or SolarWinds, for real-time monitoring

• Document configurations, IP address assignments, and network topology

• Conduct regular audits and prepare uptime/performance reports

• Diagnose and resolve network issues (connectivity, latency, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

• Support helpdesk teams in resolving escalated network-related tickets

• Provide technical support for printers, and access points

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or related

Certifications (Preferred):

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• CompTIA Network+

• Fortinet 

Experience:

• 2-3 years in enterprise network administration or similar roles

• Hands-on experience with multi-branch or enterprise-level networks preferred
