Job Title: General Service & Facility management Head

Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated General Services and Facilities Management Head to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The General Services and Facilities Management Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management, general services, and workplace support across the organization. This includes managing building operations, maintenance, office administration, transportation, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective working environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration services such as reception, tea/coffee/water services on each floor for entitled and janitorial services.

  • Oversee company vehicle fleets, transport services, and travel management.

  • Ensure effective waste management, sustainability initiatives, and space optimization.

  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of all company facilities and infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Develop and implement facilities strategies aligned with business needs.

  • Lead renovation, relocation, expansion, and facilities upgrade projects.

  • Prepare project budgets, timelines, and manage contractors and vendors.

  • Source, evaluate, and manage service providers for cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and other general services.

  • Negotiate contracts to optimize costs and ensure quality service delivery.

  • Prepare and manage facilities and general services budgets.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining service quality.

  • Lead, train, and develop the Facilities and General Services team.

  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure team engagement.

  • Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external service providers.

  • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular reports and updates.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities and general services management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, lease management, workplace safety, and sustainability practices.

  • Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and cost control.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office tools.
