Get-As International Plc. Is a dynamic Organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border Transport. We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in any field
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a call center or customer service environment
Fluent in English and Amharic
Knowledge of additional Ethiopian languages is advantageous
Preferred Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Active listening skills
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
Good typing speed and computer literacy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Conflict resolution skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Basic knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
