Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead strategic account and stakeholder management on behalf of Roche Diagnostics. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagement, market insight, and sales performance while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the medical industry, and a proven track record in account management and business development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement, building strong relationships through active participation in Roche and industry events.
Identify and engage with executive decision-makers, analyze market trends, and provide strategic feedback to refine product and account strategies.
Develop and maintain detailed customer account maps, profiling key stakeholders and decision-makers for strategic engagement.
Cultivate internal relationships across departments to ensure alignment with key account and portfolio strategies.
Monitor market players, including competitors and customers, to identify emerging trends and relay critical insights.
Take accountability for accurate sales forecasting, consistent revenue delivery, and seamless sales enablement.
Develop and execute comprehensive account and portfolio strategies to secure new clients and expand Roche’s footprint.
Proactively identify new product or service opportunities, analyze potential, and present compelling proposals.
Collaborate with Product Managers and customers to implement marketing campaigns and organize successful events.
Manage the sales pipeline by updating CRM systems, tracking progress, and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
Analyze sales data, provide performance feedback, and draft comprehensive reports to meet KPIs.
Lead the development and implementation of solutions for new sales opportunities, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., product management, finance, technical services).
Formulate and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand the client base.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Roche’s products, address client objectives, and provide trustworthy after-sales support.
Ensure all activities comply with national and international regulations, including EFDA guidelines and Roche’s corporate policies.
Adhere to and promote compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety).
Monitor and report on the safety and quality of products throughout the supply chain, ensuring compliance during transportation, storage, and distribution.

Required Skills and Experience:
Education: MSC and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences or a related field. An additional degree or Business Management qualification is preferred.
Experience:
6-8 years of commercial experience in the medical industry.
Minimum 2 years of dedicated account management experience
