Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design and implementation of software product, collecting and proposing client requirements, and designing product functions, features, user flows, and UI/UX.
Identify client needs and communicate feasible implementation plans.
Prepare English documentation such as product proposals, business flowcharts, requirement specifications, and user manuals.
Collaborate with development teams and monitor product development progress.
Track product performance after launch and propose optimization solutions.
Conduct in-depth research on user habits and regularly analyze own products, competitors, and market trends to develop improvement plans.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 2 years of experience in software product design; technical or accounting background preferred.
Familiar with or proficient in tools such as Axure, Visio, XMind, etc.
Strong sense of product ownership, capable of cross-team and cross-department collaboration, with good teamwork skills.
Strong learning, research, and analytical abilities.
Fluent in English, able to communicate smoothly with international colleagues.
Overseas education or work experience is a plus.
