Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to take the lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for our data center operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on capability, ensuring systems are reliable, efficient, and scalable. You will work closely with contractors, technicians, and management to deliver safe and high-performance power infrastructure that supports 24/7 mission-critical operations. This is a dynamic role that requires both precision and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Proven experience designing medium to low voltage electrical systems (preferably for industrial or data center environments)
Practical, hands-on ability to perform electrical installations and inspections
High level of precision and attention to detail in both design and execution
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic site conditions
Punctuality is essential — reliability and time discipline are non-negotiable
Flexibility is expected — ability to adjust to changing schedules, site demands, and team priorities
Knowledge of Ethiopian electrical standards and regulations is a plus
