An Operation Manager and Coordinator in a chip processing factory oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while meeting production targets. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, controlling costs, and maintaining equipment. The manager also ensures compliance with regulations and standards, develops and implements operational strategies, and drives continuous improvement. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight:

Manage daily operation operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure timely and efficient output. 

• Sales Control and Sales Activity

Manage the Marketing and Daily Sales activity of the company Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet established standards and customer requirements. 

• Cost Management:

Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to  Minimize costs while maintaining quality. 

• Team Leadership:

             Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work Environment. 

• Process Optimization:

            Analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to Enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. 

• Safety and Compliance:

               Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety regulations and Procedures. 

• Inventory and Logistic  Management:

            Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels to support Production while minimizing waste.

• Equipment Maintenance:

            Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and  Ensure optimal performance. 

• Reporting and Analysis:

             Prepare production reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trendto Drive continuous improvement. 

• Strategic Planning:

              Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and policies to  Achieve company goals. 

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Processing or a related field.

• At least 5 years and above proven work experience in manufacturing operations management, with a track record of driving operational improvements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of learn manufacturing  principles and methodologies.

• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for production planning, inventory management, and reporting. 

• Specific to a Chip Processing Factory:

• Understanding of the chip processing and packaging process.

• Knowledge of potato quality and characteristics relevant to chip production.

• Experience with machinery and equipment used in chip processing (fryers, slicers, packaging machines, etc.).

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chip processing equipment.
