Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Documentation and Record Keeping Assist in preparing engineering designs, specifications, and project documentation . Maintain organized and detailed construction files, project records, and logs . Manage the flow of documents between internal and external partners .
Project Coordination Support project managers in coordinating project activities and timelines . This includes coordinating with consultants, contractors, property owners, and utility services .
Site and Compliance Support Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications . Inspect work sites, monitor project budgets and schedules, and verify the authenticity of office plans against field conditions . Ensure all contract work complies with contract documents .
Reporting and Analysis Prepare project records detailing field progress, conditions, and equipment use . Prepare monthly reports on project progress, costs, and schedules . Collect engineering data for estimation and analyze project data to recommend changes or improvements .
