Duties & Responsibilities:

• Foster creating learning goals and objectives for students with emphasis to students with disabilities.

• Communicate with parents about their child's progress and needs.

• Provide emotional and behavioral support to students.

• Raise awareness among teachers to apply behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment for all children.

• Promote regular assessment and document student progress.

• Strong knowledge of inclusive education frameworks, and behavioral interventions.

• Experience in Speech and/or Behavior therapy

• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary tea

• Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting diverse learners

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Special Needs Education, Psychology, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with special needs
