Job Description
Fasika Preschool is a nurturing and inclusive learning environment committed to the early development and growth of young children. We are currently seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated individuals to join our kindergarten team as Assistant Teachers.
Required Number: 1
Location: Sumit, Safari, Addis Ababa
Job Type: Full-time
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher with classroom activities and lessons
Monitor and supervise children during recess and other activities
Help with classroom management and behavior guidance
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
Education: A minimum of a certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education
Experience: 1 year
Previous experience working with young children
Good communication skills in Amharic - fluency in English is a plus
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
