Serve as a vital bridge between management and employees, effectively addressing demands, grievances, and other issues to ensure the fair and consistent application of company policies and adherence to Ethiopian labor law.
Direct the entire recruitment and selection process for both factory and office positions, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and the development and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs that seamlessly integrate new hires into the company culture.

Develop, monitor, and continuously refine overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, with particular emphasis on health and safety protocols specific to a factory setting.
Actively nurture a positive and safe working environment, diligently promoting employee well-being and optimizing productivity on the factory floor.
Supervise and manage administrative staff and their diverse functions, including office management, the procurement of essential supplies for both office and factory operations, facility maintenance, and logistical coordination within the factory site.
Ensure the meticulous maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR and administrative records, upholding strict confidentiality and adhering to data protection principles.
Report effectively to management, offering crucial decision support through the provision of HR metrics and analytical insights relevant to manufacturing operations.
Oversee and administer the organization's payroll and benefits, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments and strict adherence to Ethiopian tax regulations.
Implement and regularly update company policies and procedures, ensuring clear and effective communication of all changes to every employee.
A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field is required. A Master's degree will be considered a significant advantage.
A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration is essential, with at least three (3) years served in a managerial capacity.
Demonstrable and extensive experience within a manufacturing company is a mandatory requirement for this position.
In-depth knowledge of the Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and other relevant labor laws, coupled with a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Proven ability to effectively manage comprehensive HR functions within a high-volume, dynamic manufacturing environment.
Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, complemented by strong communication abilities in both Amharic and English (both written and verbal).
Demonstrated competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships across all levels of the company, from the factory floor to senior management.
Superior organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in record-keeping and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team within a fast-paced, industrial environment.
