Program Overview

Our comprehensive program consists of two key components:

Accounting Technician (AT) Training Duration: 12 – 15 months

Focus: Tailored for aspiring professionals in the Accounting and Finance sector.

Curriculum: 10 courses covering technical accounting, auditing, and Ethiopian taxation, all from a public finance perspective.

Delivery: Online learning supplemented with face-to-face training sessions.

Career Opportunities: Graduates who complete the program and pass assessments are considered for recruitment within HST’s Strategic Business Units or recommended to other employers.

Soft Skills Training Duration: Up to 3 months

Focus: Enhance essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and work ethics—crucial for success in today’s work environment.

Delivery: Online training complemented by face-to-face sessions.

Who We Are Looking For? Educational Background

Non-accounting and Finance Graduates: Individuals from any field, including natural sciences.

High School Graduates: Strong foundation in English communication and numeric skills is essential.

Priority: Graduates with good grades in Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics.
