Job Description

Deluxe properties are engaged in the Real Estate Business. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below. 

Main Responsibility & Duties 

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Supervise a team of Sales Consultants/Sales Representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the internal sales division.

  • Provide coaching, training, and development to team members, helping them improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

  • Set clear individual and team performance goals aligned with company sales targets and track progress regularly.

  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high levels of performance, ensuring a positive and results-driven environment.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with Sales Consultants to provide feedback, guidance, and career development opportunities.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of individual team members and the entire sales team.

  • Analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential barriers to success.

  • Implement corrective actions or improvements as necessary to meet sales goals, including restructuring sales strategies, addressing performance gaps, or reallocating resources.

  • Ensure that sales targets are met consistently by developing and applying effective sales techniques, strategies, and closing methods.

Sales Process and Best Practices:

  • Ensure that sales consultants follow company policies, processes, and best practices when engaging with potential clients.

  • Oversee the execution of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, follow-up, and closing sales.

  • Ensure that the sales team effectively uses CRM tools to track leads, manage client information, and follow up on potential deals.

  • Work with the internal sales team to ensure accurate reporting and ensure that the team remains compliant with company procedures and legal regulations.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure that the sales team fosters and maintains strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service and handling inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Oversee the effective use of CRM systems to track client interactions, feedback, and ongoing relationships.

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and maximize repeat business.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

  • Address and resolve any conflicts, challenges, or issues that arise within the sales team or with clients.

  • Support the team in overcoming objections and challenges during the sales process, offering guidance and support as needed.

Basic Salary and Benefits: - Very Attractive + Commission

Real Estate Working Experience is Mandatory 

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: - BA/BSC Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering and any Other Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: - 5 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Real Estate Sales Supervisor position. 

Technical Competency  

  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent knowledge of strategic analysis and planning
