Duties and Responsibilities

• Participating in rotational assignments, training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training across different departments to gain broad exposure to company operations

• Supporting daily operations and projects in areas such as operations, sales, marketing, finance, or administration. This includes administrative tasks like maintaining schedules, visitor logs, record keeping, and general office duties

• Conducting research, data analysis, preparing reports, and sometimes making presentations to managers or teams to contribute to business decision-making

Job Requirements

Qualification: 

• BA Degree in Economics, Management , Accounting , Economics, or other business-related fields.

Experience:

• Zero year.

• Applicants should be first-degree graduates of  2024/2025 only with a CGPA of 2.75 and above for males and 2.5 and above  for females

• Exit Exam 50 and above or pass

• Age, 27 years and below.

• Knowledge of the local area & languages of the respective branch area you are applying for will be advantageous for selection.

• IFB Training certification is Advantageous.
