Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficient guest check-in/check-out.

  • Manage and train reception staff, ensuring top-tier customer service standards.

  • Handle guest complaints, special requests, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Prepare front desk schedules and ensure optimal staff coverage.

  • Monitor room inventory and assist with reservations during high occupancy.

  • Prepare daily reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting for the front office.

  • Uphold safety and security procedures for guests and staff.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.

  • Certifications (preferred): Opera PMS, Front Office Supervision, Guest Relations.

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a luxury hotel or hotel apartment.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and multitasking.
