Job Description
Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficient guest check-in/check-out.
Manage and train reception staff, ensuring top-tier customer service standards.
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare front desk schedules and ensure optimal staff coverage.
Monitor room inventory and assist with reservations during high occupancy.
Prepare daily reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting for the front office.
Uphold safety and security procedures for guests and staff.
Education & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
Certifications (preferred): Opera PMS, Front Office Supervision, Guest Relations.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a luxury hotel or hotel apartment.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and multitasking.
