Job Description
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel PMS (e.g., Opera).
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries.
Ensure the lobby and reception area are presentable and welcoming at all times.
Provide local and hotel information, assist with concierge services as needed.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely.
Assist with administrative duties and support the front office supervisor.
Education & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism training is an advantage.
Certifications (preferred): Customer Service, Front Desk Operations.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in a hotel or luxury apartment.
Skills: Excellent communication, basic computer skills, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
