Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or industrial property markets.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into buyers or tenants.

• Present and promote properties to potential clients through site visits, presentations, and negotiations.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Property Administration:

• Manage and maintain accurate property listings, client databases, and transaction records.

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth documentation, contract preparation, and deal closure.

• Ensure all property transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor lease agreements, payment schedules, and client communications.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.

• Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and offer suitable property solutions.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions.

• Track and report on KPIs related to both sales performance and administrative accuracy

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in property sales, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

• Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, property administration processes, and legal documentation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
