Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
Oversee daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
Review journal entries and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Mentor and supervise junior accountants and finance staff.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS or GAAP).
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Accounting, Peactree).
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
