Assist in preparing bid documents and proposal submissions
Monitor tender opportunities (newspaper, portals, etc.)
Maintain tender filing systems and support documentation
Coordinate with suppliers, departments, and customers regarding tenders
Support senior team members in compiling legal and technical documents
Follow up on deadlines and assist with compliance requirements
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in procurement/tender processing (internship acceptable)
Good analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with procurement laws and tender processes is a plus
