Currently we are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Expert to join our team for an exciting and impactful project in a Hybrid working condition. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation and ongoing support of Odoo solutions tailored to our project's specific requirements. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the Odoo system is optimized for performance and usability. Position title: Odoo Expert

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather, analyze, and assess user requirements for the Odoo implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of the project, enhancing functionality and user experience.

• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the Odoo system throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Engage in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to Odoo, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.

• Document processes, configurations, and customizations to create a knowledge base for future reference and team training.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Odoo development, customization, and implementation, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

• Familiarity with Odoo Community and Enterprise versions 13 to 18, showcasing an understanding of their features and functionalities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications in Odoo or related fields are a plus, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.

• Certifications related to Oddo will be a plus

• Experience in developing custom odoo module will be a plus

Academic qualification 

• BSC in Computer Science, Software Development or any related field related.
