Job Description
Job Summary:- The Planning Worker will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the coffee purchasing process. This role involves planning, controlling, and analyzing purchasing data to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and maintain the purchasing plan and data management.
Analyze costs, ratios, and delivery timelines related to coffee procurement.
Monitor overall coffee purchasing flow and provide regular reports to the South Hub Manager.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in purchasing strategies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance purchasing operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics ,Statistic ,Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience
Proven experience in planning, procurement, or a similar role
Experience in the coffee industry or food and beverage sector has advantageous
Skill
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
